9am – Rehearsal

11:10 Short Lunch

12:00 – Warm up, Full Ensemble, 1:45 – Full Show Run Through

2pm – Eat, Change, Load

3:10 – on bus, 3:20 – Depart

4:00 – Arrive, Unload, to Warm ups

6:15 – Perform

Dinner at Concessions after performance (there won’t be much time!)

7:30 – Awards

8:15 – Depart

9:pm – Return, Unload, Dismissed
