Welcome to Membership Toolkit (MTK) for the Music Parents Association of Downingtown High Schools.
The DHS MPA has selected Membership Toolkit (MTK) as the software system to support the administration of our organization. It allows for streamlined communication, online purchasing, volunteer signups and access to a directory, resources and fundraising information as well as access to individual DASD Student Fund (DSF) balances.
When possible, we recommend creating a single account which may include 2 adults and their shared students. Each adult and student have their own login and password to the shared account. There are many benefits to sharing one account including prevention of duplicate payments and access to DSF balances. It is recommended that one parent initiate an account, then "invite" the other parent and student(s) to join their account. Frequently asked questions
Q: I already have a Membership Toolkit (MTK) account for another organization. Do I need to create another account and login?
A: If you already have an MTK login for another organization, you may use that existing login and password as a returning user. (Since you are entering from our web address, MTK will direct you to the DHS MPA site and you may update your personal information as it pertains to the MPA.)
Q: How can I add a second parent to my MTK account?
A: When a primary user creates an account, there is a space to invite other email addresses to access the account. If an account has already been created, please see Creating additional logins to a MTK account.
Q: Can my student also create an account?
A: Students may create a login to the shared account too! We also recommend adding a student’s email address to their student contact information so they may receive communications and reminders too. Learn more about adding a student to a parent's account.
