Membership Toolkit (MTK) Instructions

Access the DHS MPA Membership Toolkit site with an easy-to-remember url - dhsmpa.membershiptoolkit.com. This is your key to all MPA information including communications, reminders, family directory, volunteer signups, online sales, upcoming events and much, much more.

Here's what you need to do to create an account:

• Go to dhsmpa.membershiptoolkit.com. You will automatically be redirected to our Membership Toolkit site.
• Select "Create Account" and complete the required fields.
• Click "verify my email" and then check your email for a link to complete the process. The link expires in 2 hours. If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folders.
• Once you have verified your email address, log back in using your login information and finish the registration process with three easy steps.

Step 1. Complete the Family/Parent Form. You may choose to invite another email address to join the family account. This is suggested for the second parent. Each user will have their own unique login, but will have access to the family account to prevent duplicate orders and payments.

Step 2. Complete the Student Information Form. It is recommended that a personal student email address is used; a student.dasd.org email account may restrict emails from non dasd.org email accounts.

Step 3. Complete your personal Directory/Publish Preferences. Each parent may select their own publishing preferences.
