Concessions FAQ

There are many seasoned veterans that work the stand and are very willing to help you learn. You do not need to be a licensed food handler to prepare food.  Clearances are not required to work in the Concessions stands.

  • Grillers (Adults ONLY)- cook hot dogs, bacon, burgers. (First timers will be trained!)
  • Food Preparation (Adults ONLY)- Manage fry baskets, pumping cheese, cooking pretzels, wrapping food, filling condiments and getting supplies for the cooks, wrapping food.
  • Window– take orders from customers, take payments and make change, gather food orders for customers.
  • Drinks (good for Middle School siblings)– Prepare sodas and hot chocolate for the window workers
  • Clean Up- Towards the end of each game, we begin cleanup. Everyone usually starts helping and then people can leave as needed since we don’t need everyone until the end.
